	WALWORTH IN VENEZUELA The Venezuela´s President Hugo Chavez, recently made the facility´s opening, using a WALWORTH valve.
	NEW WALWORTH´S EXPANSION Some of our pending projects include the construction of a new 10,000 m² bay located in the back of our current facility which is scheduled to commence operations in December 2007. The main purpose of this construction site is to ensure proper handling of product delivery. A new Finished Product warehouse is also in the works, which will allow us to serve with utmost efficiency the delivery needs that our customers deserve. In this new area, various production lines and hydraulic and pneumatic test benches will be installed which will allow us to monitor product inspection and release.
	FOR THE QUALITY AND SERVICE Throughout 2006 and 2007 important investments have taken place, including the construction of a radiography pit, the purchase of varied quality assurance equipment (PMI, Ultrasonic, Magna Flux, etc.), forklift equipment, overhead cranes, trucks, lathes, and various computer and software equipment, all this with the sole objective of assuring excellent WALWORTH® quality and service
	WALWORTH IN HOUSTON, TEXAS An example of our ability to go beyond borders is the very important investment that has been made in the construction and development of our new facilities in Houston, Texas. Its opening is scheduled for November 2007. From this facility specialized attention will be given to our American customers and our product lines will be expanded to the US and Canadian markets.
